The National Priority Action Plan 2020/2021-2022/2023 (NPAP) is a support document of the National Strategic Plan 2020/2021-2024/2025 (NSP). The National Priority Action Plan details the implementation and prioritizes the activities within the first three years of the National Strategic Plan as part of guidance for the different stakeholders.
Similar to NSP, the NPAP was prepared in a highly consultative and participatory manner online and through phone calls, engaging different stakeholders through Technical Working Groups (TWGs) of the four thematic areas of Prevention, Care and Treatment, Social Support and Protection, and Systems Strengthening. These TWGs were constituted to guide the development of NSP 2020/21-2024/25. The Stakeholders were drawn from different entities in the multi–sectoral response that included Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Academia and Development Partners (DPs).
