IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon the chairperson by section 9 of the Uganda AIDS Commission Act and in consultation with the Commission, these Regulations are made this 9th day of December, 2021.

Uganda AIDS Commission (UAC) was established under the Office of the President by statute of parliament in 1992 to coordinate the multi-sectoral response to the HIV and AIDS epidemic.
